Redux Technology can provide written quotations for chemical and associated equipment, upon request. Quotes for chemical usage are based upon critical information provided by customers, giving site water chemistry and other relevant parameters regarding the subject remedial system. In some cases, a review of the information provided by customers may suggest that a site visit by a Redux Field Engineer is needed to accurately quote
the application. Such site visits are provided at no charge and involve a review of operations and maintenance with subsequent suggestions for improvements and cost reductions.
In most cases, a quote can be prepared without a site visit, however. Data required includes flow and basic chemical data along with a brief description of site operations.
